Becky is a Licensed Professional Counselor who takes great pride in working with a variety of clients from all walks of life. She obtained her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis and is certified in trauma-informed care. Becky is passionate about harnessing inner strengths to bring about growth in a humanistic and holistic style, utilizing an eclectic approach to therapy that addresses emotional, interpersonal, and spiritual needs.

She combines techniques across Cognitive Behavioral, Brief Solution-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, Rational Emotive Behavioral, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Becky enjoys teaching mindfulness, creative breathing exercises, and narrative styles. She tries to bring a sense of humor to therapy, when possible, while also providing a safe, welcoming, judgment-free space for those to comfortably begin the important work of self-improvement.
